The documents reproduced on this page come from Cullum's 'History of Hawsted'
He identified 41 separate 'meaningful' illustrations. There are 60 pictures shown in all on the next page.
Whether these engravings match the original order of the pictures is not known.
At Hawstead they lined the walls of a 7 foot square closet.
Cullum only knew them from Hardwick House, where they lined a straight narrow corridor.
